WOO- Winning Others Over is pretty self-explainitory. I show my WOO when I am working with teachers and students, I try to get the approval of others by working my hardest to be the best possible.
Command- I show command when I am working in groups and I take charge.
Significance- I show significance when I work to stand out and not follow the crowd.
